Oakwood swimmers compete at OSU event

Oakwood girls competed at the Toyota Grand Prix at the Ohio State University last week. Gretchen Pocisk (Oakwood), Erika Chick (Yellow Springs) and Stephanie Steiner (Oakwood) pose for a picture with fellow competitor and Olympian Michael Phelps, at the Toyota Grand Prix at Ohio State University which was held April 4-6, 2008. The girls had the opportunity to swim amongst many elite swimmers such as Katie Hoff, Aaron Peirsol
and Kaitlin Sandeno.

Annual Oakwood Jills Basketball Camp

June 16-19

Session 1- Grades 6-8, 9:00-11:00am at the PIT

Session 2- Grades 3-5, 12:00-2:00pm at Smith School

Cost is $60 per camper. Registration forms can be picked up in the High School Athletic Office, Smith School, or Harman School. They are also available on line at Aaron Oakes website: oakes.aaron@oakwood.k12.oh.us

Wooster offering soccer camps

Wooster Girls Soccer Camp, a residential girls-only soccer camp, held at The College of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio, is accepting registrations for its June 15-18 and July 6-9 sessions.  Group discounts are available.  All information is online at www.woostersoccercamp.com
